You can change your order to add more items, your address, or any personal information, but not cancel or remove an item once your order has been placed. The reason is we work with our manufacturers from around the world. When your transaction is processed, the money is automatically split between all the people and we are charged each processing fees. This causes a logistical nightmare to cancel an order, as such Once the fulfillment process begins, it can not be stopped.
